A) Our house cleaning approach is based on your needs and requirements, instead of following a specific check list approach, we look at your property and ask ourselves "What needs to be done here to do things right?" this way we are able to remain flexible and better meet your needs. A) Not at all, in fact most of our clients have both cats and dogs. We can also fulfill request regarding your pets such as letting them back into the house when we conclude our cleaning or not allowing them into certain rooms.
A) This is entirely up to you, we don't require you to be presented during the cleanings. Our cleaning teams are very task oriented and experienced.
A) The items that are billed individually include: Refrigerator interior, Oven, Blinds, Window Cleaning, Wall Washing, Window Tracks, cabinet interiors and Hardwood Floor Polishing.
A) For the most part our cleaning team consists of two individuals. We believe in providing you with smaller cleaning teams that you can always count on. Once we assign a cleaning team to you, it will always be the same people, this allows for higher accountability, trust and relationship building
A) Yes. Our cleaning teams work Monday through Saturday and even Sundays when needed. In most cases we can also provide you with same or next day cleaning service.
A) We accept personal and business checks as well as all major credit cards including American Express and Discover.
A) Absolutely! We are fully covered by business liability insurance and comply with government requirements.
